Many buildings do offer a cancellation policy on the grounds of a visa being declined. If you have booked a property, and need to defer or cancel a property start date, you can speak with the service team or management company. The contact details are contained in your confirmation email.

On the occasion that we may need to process a refund for the booking fee, please get in touch at enquiries@skylets.co.uk. One of our team will try to help you find new suitable accommodation as fast as possible or issue a refund if preferred.

Yes, many of our studio apartments are suitable for Dual Occupancy. There is usually an additional cost of around £25 per week, but it varies depending on the property.
